These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReelsVPN ("Service"), operated by Longtou, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReelsVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that allow users to route their internet traffic through our servers. The Service is designed for social media creators who need reliable US-based IP addresses.

The Service includes access to VPN servers, connection keys for authentication, and bandwidth allocations based on your subscription tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Hacking, unauthorized access, or security attacks
  • Sending spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing your access credentials
  • Any activity that could cause our IP addresses to be blacklisted or flagged by third parties
  • Circumventing platform bans or restrictions that were imposed due to your violation of those platforms' terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Billing and Subscription

Recurring Charges: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee specific uptime, speeds, or availability. The Service is provided on a "best efforts" basis. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
  • Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
  • Experience outages due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Bandwidth Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly bandwidth allocation. If you exceed your allocation, your connection will be paused until your next billing cycle begins. We do not charge overage fees. You may upgrade your plan at any time to increase your allocation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, infrastructure, and related materials, is the property of Longtou, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will unblock or provide access to any particular website or platform
  • Connection speeds will meet any specific threshold

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONGTOU, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Longtou, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All connection keys associated with your account will be revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
